From New York to Vipassana
Fueled by curiosity, introspection and a love for holistic wellness, Ritika Jayaswal founded Nourish Mantra in 2019. After completing her education at Parsons School of Design in New York, Ritika threw herself into the busy New York life. Her body’s needs of proper nutrition, sleep and calm took a backseat. That’s when her search for stillness began.
Trading back to her roots, she started practising Vipassana — one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. The practice involves complete silence and solitude, giving the mind a clear path to envision creatively. That’s when an epiphany dawned upon her: outward beauty is a direct reflection of the inner self.
Nourish Mantra, operated by Oxys Beauty Pvt. Ltd., blends ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science to create clean, vegan and high-performing skincare. Rooted in India and growing globally, every product reflects purity, performance and purpose.
