to Ayurveda

Ayurvedic texts talk not only about medicine and healing but also healthy holistic living, beauty, self-care, wellness, diet, exercise and the harmonic balance of mind, body, spirit and the environment. According to Ayurveda, true beauty has three tenets.

At Nourish Mantra, our ethos is rooted in these principles of beauty:

Roopam means

Yoga & Ayurveda

Like yoga, Ayurveda has its origins in ancient Vedic texts and shares the same goal of combining outer health with inner wellness.

In recent years, yoga has taken the world by storm and has become an immensely popular fitness pursuit. At Nourish Mantra, our goal is to bring Ayurveda as well to the forefront of this global wellness movement.
